RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nala & Nael. If you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Nala and Nael gift card. All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase and in their original condition. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.
